AWARD OF ARBITRATOR

 

  1. Employees shall earn 5/6 (.833) of a vacation day for each month worked from the time their employment commences with the Township in their first year.

  2. This benefit shall be retroactive to all new hires from January 1, 2001, who did not receive said benefit, an each employee shall be made whole based on the formula set forth herein.

  3. Employees will vest with a new vacation allowance on January 1st of each year. Employees will be allowed to use vacation days earned in the first year of employment and as credited thereafter.

 

The grievance is upheld.
